Festive and Fabulous

Festive and fabulous, by Jonathan Lerner...Meat is supposedly the point of the Brazilian style churrascaria, or barbecue restaurant Fogo de Chao. But this place also has the salad bar to end all salad bar competitions. And tons of theater, compliments of the servers, many of whom really are from Brazil. They're the ones wielding all that hot flesh: big skewers of amazingly flavorful rump steak, sirloin, filet mignon, pork loin, lamb chops, linguica sausage and more. All come seared and caramelized on the outside and juicy pink inside.
