Key Magazine - This Week In Chicago

Editor's Choice: Brazilian newcomer Fogo de Chao, known for its "Gaucho" way of serving meat (which is done by piercing a large piece of meat and slowly cooking it over an open-flamed pit), threw guests a curve by instead offering deliciously grilled, then chilled, vegetables. Later in the evening Fogo de Chao was deservedly honored with the "New Restaurant of the Year" award.
