Fresh produce includes cucumber and onion salad; roasted yellow and red peppers; jumbo asparagus; Italian greens with mozzarella cheese; broccoli; sun-dried tomatoes; green bean and carrot salad; Caesar salad. Cheeses on the buffet include baby Swiss, Gouda and mozzarella. Meats are the restaurant's mainstay and cuts vary from the restaurant's popular choice of filet mignon to lamb chops, pork loin and chicken. Serious non-carb conscious diners will appreciate the cheese bread, seasoned mashed potatoes, polenta and sweet fried bananas that are brought to each table and replenished during the evening.
