Top 50

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, by John Kessler

Top 50 by John Kessler. Fogo de Chao. Atlanta's first Brazilian churrascaria is a great example of the genre. Here's how it works: You help yourself to the salad bar to end all salad bars, trying not to fill up on hearts of palm and prosciutto. Then, when you're ready, you signal servers to bring skewers of grilled rumpsteak, leg of lamb, filet, sausage and a dozen other meats to your table. They slice it into your plate until you cry "uncle." Pace yourself, and don't forget to order a caipirinha, the slap-you-silly house cocktail. This is a great choice for entertaining out-of-towners and those who say they want something unusual but really pine for red meat.
