“I am writing to compliment your staff. My girlfriend took me to your DC location last night for my birthday, my first time at a Fogo de Chao restaurant. The food was simply exquisite. For example, your lamb chops were the best lamb I have ever tasted, and I lived in New Zealand for five years. But the highlight of the evening was the service. Your servers were incredibly attentive without being even remotely overbearing. For example, two of the servers noticed which meats I preferred, made recommendations based on that, and offered to send over their colleagues with those meats when I was ready. The attitude everyone conveyed was "we want to share this fantastic experience with you." It was my first time visiting you, but it will certainly not be the last. Thank you so much.”
