  • “This is the best meat I have ever eaten. Every item was done to perfection! We were in Chicago for one week and returned for a second time before flying home. I can't wait for you to bring your level of excellence to California. Preferably Northern California as I am near Sacramento but at least Southern California is less than a drive to Dallas or Chicago. In addition to great food our waiter, the Gauchos and the manager were wonderful. I am a professional speaker and I plan to tell any of my audiences in your markets about how wonderful you are. I have put out the word to all that I know that this is truly a dining experience to be enjoyed. Please, please do not change a thing, in your case, change would not be good. I was in Dallas for business for two weeks, and I had to make a second visit here...I would have made more, but my expense report wouldn't allow for that. Although every single meat was delicious, the Picanha was my favorite, and I must've had 10 refills on it alone! Please build a Fogo in Jacksonville, Florida! Please!”

  • “I took my mom and dad with my sisters out to eat here for my dad's birthday. They always wanted to come, but never had time for it. After the service we got. I am positive we will be coming back again. Your waiters were excellent. Rene was such a great guy he pleased everyone, kindly, polite and funny. We loved him! The food was great and this place is a must see! I didn't want to leave.”

Why there is no restaurant in Europe, specially in Germany? I'm from Germany and I was in many Steakhouses, but never found one like yours with this special tradition from the Brazilian gaucho's.   • “I did not think this kind of service was available at restaurants! Being one that has experienced just about the full spectrum of dining experiences, my friend and I were totally blown away! The salad bar was fresh and so delicious. The wine, dessert and oh the food, ummm! I have not had better service at any other restaurant regardless of cost. You guys rock! I will spread the word to all my friends. Keep up the great work.”

  • “I was in Irving, TX on business and my customer told me there was a restaurant that was a must. She was right. I had never been to any place like it. The food was EXCELLENT and the service was wonderful. I would like to see one open in the New Orleans area. But until then the next time I'm in Irving I will definately be back.”

  • “I have ate extensively throughout the country and Fogo de Chao is truely a gem. I don't know whether it's good fortune or not that I live only a block or two away because I find myself craving for it everytime I drive by! Additionally, my father throughly enjoyed the EXPERIENCE which is astonishing because he is a picky restaurant/food connoisseur. Likely one of (if not) the BEST restaurants around Pound for Pound!!”
