I spoke with Rolando at your Scottsdale location and told him I wanted to bring family there for a birthday and that it would be my first time at Scottsdale and my guests' first time experience at Fogo. He told me he had originally worked in Beverly Hills and that this location was virtually identical and I would find it as rewarding an experience. Well it was truly excellent. Please convey my comments to Rolando but I would like to make special mention of our server, Ryan. He is really excellent. I knew the presentation so it was old hat to me, but my guests were really dazzled how he explained the way dinner would begin, how the meats would be served, the description of the side dishes and he even explained about the new drink on the menu, a lemony tasting drink with some mint in it.
