An outstanding selection of foods comprised the "salad bar"; the freshness and taste of all the items was incomparable. The side dishes were phenomenal. The several meat dishes that we tried were each excellent in cut, preparation, and presentation. After I had casually mentioned we were there for our anniversary, the Maitre d' treated us with flan custard for dessert, which of course, was extremely flavorful. This was the best complete dining experience and value that I have had in over 35 years of eating out, either for business or pleasure.”

At one point, one of the gauchos noticed my wife passing on the meat that was coming by (her card was green) and asked "What have you not seen that you would like us to bring out?" Brilliant. The meats were wonderfully cooked and available at different doneness. I know at least a couple of times, my wife got a laugh out of me saying "Wow!" out loud. Absolutely worth the couple hour drive. We were greeted by the bartender who made us feel welcome and served us drinks even though they would not be seating guests for dinner for another 30 minutes. Every cut of meat we tried was excellent, with the Bacon Wrapped Filet and the Lamb Chops being our favorites. The service was great and we enjoyed the unique "Team" concept.
