I am Brazilian, and I love going to Fogo and have the ability of talking to some of the waiters in my mother tongue. It makes the experience even better. Evanir realized right after the first or second round of serving, that I like my meat well done. I usually have a hard time at churrascarias because of that, because well done meat is not considered "the right way of having meat", and I always have to keep begging the waiters to give me something a "little more dead", because I cannot have any pink in my meat and I end up not enjoying the dinner because it gets a little tiring to have to be repetitive and ask for well cooked meat. Evanir's service was simply outstanding. He learned I liked well done meat and kept bringing it over and over for me, to the point that I then had to beg him to stop bringing meat, because I was so full I could not eat any more. Also, everyone else at my party was amazed by such great service delivered by him to all of us. I just would like to compliment Fogo and specially Evanir for taking such good care of a fellow Brazilian, her husband and friends! :)”
