“My husband and I ate at Fogo de Chao yesterday over lunch. It was our first visit, and I have to say - I have never had service as exceptional as we experienced there. Every person was smiling and hustling around the restaurant. There was even a rather large meeting in addition to people there for lunch (and another group of probably 30 people), and I was so impressed to see the chefs running to the group in the meeting as soon as there was a break in the speaking. Literally, they were all hustling, and doing it with a smile on their face! We had our side dishes replenished very efficiently, our beverge glasses were always full, and employees were making sure we had what we needed, and several even asked if there was a meat in particular we were wanting to try or have more of and they had that to us immediately. Every person was so polite there are not even adequate words to describe them! The quality of the food was some of the very best we have ever had - hot, fresh, exceptional flavor and seasoning, and we always got the cut cooked to how we wanted. To me, though, it was not just the incredible food but the addition of incredible service that makes this experience stick out in my mind. Additionally, when we left the restaurant, every employee greeted us, thanked us with a great big smile, and told us goodbye. My husband and I were impressed from the moment we stepped in the door, and it won't soon be forgotten! Thank you for providing us with such a great experience, and we absolutely can't wait to come back and bring others with us! ”
