The website was quick and easy and I found it a very personal experience that I was able to reserve and write instructions to the staff with my reservation.
When my date and I arrived the staff was friendly and seemed aware of who I was as well as generally courteous and very pleasantly outgoing. We were seated in a wonderful location and allowed just enough time to look everything over. Our server was attentive, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the food and environment. The salad bar was delightful. Though I am not fond of many salad bars, I found I was able to easily get my fill of the freshest and most luscious salad I have had in a very long time. The meat service was a delightful treat and my date and I found ourselves drunk on the sheer delight of it all before we even began to drink the wine.
My date and I were left to talk and laugh together, but the server or service seemed always to be there before we could even think that we might need something.
The staff was the true delight and their pleasure at carrying out their work seemed infectious and certainly added to the delight of the evening.
Thank you for providing me with a most wonderful experience and a fantastic evening. The staff at the Baltimore Fogo de Chao deserve accolades and from what we saw that evening we both know they will receive them. I have never seen such a wonderful performance in service and hospitality in the finest restaurants.

“I came to the Baltimore Inner Harbor restaurant on Friday September 4th. It was my 5th anniversary. The food, wine and service were absolutely excellent. There were two persons who made our evening especially enjoyable though. They were so helpful and attentive that I asked for their names at the end of the night so that I could specifically mention them. They are Andre Mercier and Keith Graham. They were near my table the most and were always happy to help, and answer questions with a smile. It is rare that I encounter people in the hospitality/service industry who are both knowledgeable and pleasant. They were both and I thought they deserved special recognition for that. The meat was THE BEST I've ever had, period! That was the first time that I ordered filet mignon in any restaraunt that wasn't hard to chew and didn't get stuck in my teeth, it was as soft as chicken. I didn't get to try everything at the salad bar because I didn't want to get full before the meat service, but everything I tried was great (especially the basil dressing). I will definitely be back and will be buying gift cards for friends.”
