Fogo de Chão
opened its fourth U.S. location in August of 2002. The colors
of Brazilian soil and floors of Brazilian slate impart a traditional
feeling to the interior, present in all locations. The large
salad bar is modeled after a grand kitchen table of the ancestors,
and large colorful wall murals display scenes of the Gaucho
culture and lifestyle in Brazil. The prominent wine cellar
in the middle of the dining room offers patrons a view of
the restaurant's award-winning wine selection.
A striking blue tower at the entrance houses a fogo de
chao. Here, the patrons can view the original process
of cooking the meats.
The dining room seats 320 people and offers a semi-private
dining area for 100 guests, and a private dining room that
seats up to 60.
