Fogo de Chão
opened its doors in Houston in February of 2000. Neutral earth
tones and textures convey the traditional feeling to the restaurant's
interior. The large salad buffet resembles a grand kitchen
table of the Gaucho ancestors, complimented by artwork
depicting the scenes of the Gaucho lifestyle and
culture in Brazil.
A blue tower features a fogo de
chao display, where the patrons can view the original
process of cooking the meat.
The dining room seats up to 350 people, and houses a private
room that seats 110 guests.
