The variety of wines to complement every meat selection ranges from domestic to European to South American to Australian and Italian wines. Each extensive category features fine vintages from top producers and major wine growing regions.
Fogo de Chão’s domestic
wines come from a variety of regions, including the popular
Napa Valley, Sonoma, Alexander Valley, Columbian Valley and
Yulupa.
The majority of South American wines are Argentinean and Chilean, from Mendoza Valley, Rapel Valley, Maipo Valley and Casablanca.
The European wine category offers a vast selection from Bordeaux, Margaux and Rothschild Vineyard, and the majority of Italian wine comes from Tuscany.
Most of the Spanish wines are from Rioja, while most of the Australian wines come from the South region.
Fogo de Chão also features a large selection of Port
wines and white dessert wines, California sparkling wines,
as well as French champagne.
